Home Care Aid

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aid to provide in-home support to clients in the Bloomfield Hills, MI area. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transferring as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervising staff
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or related field preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Background check

Benefits

Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month
