Director of PMO for Credit Solutions

To establish and lead the project management framework for Credit Studio delivery operations, the full-time Director of PMO for Credit Solutions will provide governance, strategic direction, and operational oversight across multiple implementation and Operations & Maintenance engagements, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Fairfax, VA office. Key responsibilities Establish and lead the Credit Studio Project Management Office, defining governance standards and delivery best practices Develop portfolio-level reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into project health and performance Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and coach delivery teams to elevate their capabilities Required qualifications 10+ years of experience leading Agile software development projects in large-scale environments Proven experience in establishing and managing a PMO or similar program management function Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
