A local company with a facility near Detroit, MI is currently seeking an Estimator for direct hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for experienced Project Engineers or Estimators looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, development, and competitive rates. Estimators will be working a full-time, with pay anticipated to be between $100,000-120,000/year based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, vacation/PTO, bonuses, and more. Qualified Estimators will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: · Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field is strongly preferred. Associate's with experience is also acceptable. · 3+ years of experience in project estimation of capital equipment projects, especially for sheet metal, HVAC, paint finishing, or industrial air handling. · Proficiency with Navisworks or similar 3D modeling software. · Experience with the Foundation accounting software is a benefit, but not required. · Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites for meetings and site assessments. · Must be able to work in the United States. · Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
