Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of current OR RN experience, with extensive scrub proficiency.
• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers preferred.
• Proficiency in circulating and scrub roles across diverse surgical specialties, including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery.
• Strong knowledge of patient care protocols and surgical procedures.
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and EPIC EHR system.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Burns surgeries.
• Additional certifications or specialized training related to trauma or advanced surgical techniques.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher is preferred.
• At least 2 years of OR experience, particularly in high-volume or trauma settings.

Other Requirements

• Night shift availability from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3 days a week, totaling 36 hours/week.
• Valid licensure and certification to practice as an RN.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Additional travel or reimbursement requirements as applicable.
