At Hufft Marchand Hospitality , we're looking for a General Manager who thrives on leadership, hospitality, accountability, and building exceptional teams. This isn't just about running shifts—it's about creating experiences, developing people, and helping shape the future of one of the fastest-growing hospitality groups in the region. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations
  • Build, coach, and develop an incredible team
  • Drive sales while protecting profitability
  • Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service standards
  • Create memorable guest experiences
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • Proven restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Financial and operational knowledge
  • A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
Qualifications: 
- 3 years of FOH management operations.
- Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and be able to suggest / impliment new cost controls as need be.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and fill in where needed. 
- Knowledge on opentable, excel and google drive programs.
-  Display excellent leadership skills to all staff.
- Mentoring new hires and advancing them to bigger and better roles in order to continue their career in hospitality.
