Job Title

Travel RN – NICU (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
• Manage patient assignments with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
• Operate and monitor unit-specific equipment and document care using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists on night shift
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Adhere to unit dress code (navy blue scrubs) and all applicable unit guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced neonatal environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
• NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification) preferred
• Experience with high-acuity neonatal procedures and advanced neonatal care
