Pine Mountain Builders | McCall, Idaho Pay: $28–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and ability Full-Time | Steady Work | Immediate Openings Pine Mountain Builders is looking to hire 2 experienced carpenters immediately for custom residential construction projects in the McCall / Valley County area. We currently have framing, siding and deck projects underway, with additional custom home projects following. We're looking for carpenters who actually know the trade. If you can read plans, lay out and frame, build decks, install siding and trim, solve problems in the field, and work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder, we want to talk to you. EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Rough framing • Wall and roof framing • Deck framing and decking installation • Composite and wood decks • Siding installation • Exterior trim • Interior trim and finish carpentry • Window and exterior door installation • Ability to read construction plans • General custom residential construction You don't need to be an expert in every category. If you're a strong framer, deck builder, siding/trim carpenter, finish carpenter, or well-rounded residential carpenter, we'd like to hear from you. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for people who: • Show up consistently and on time • Take pride in their work • Understand quality residential construction • Can work independently when needed • Work well as part of a crew • Take care of tools, equipment and the jobsite • Can think ahead and solve problems COMPENSATION $28–$40+ per hour depending on actual experience, skill level and ability. We're willing to pay for experience. A carpenter who can read plans, perform layout, work independently and handle multiple phases of construction will be compensated accordingly. LOCATION Projects are primarily located in McCall and the surrounding Valley County area. Applicants from Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Emmett, Caldwell, Nampa, Payette, Weiser and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply if working in the McCall area is a fit.
