Location: North Canton, OH | Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hr | Hours: M–F, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and send invoices to assigned customers accurately and on time
• Address billing questions and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Verify invoice procedures and validate customer contracts
• Ensure timely payments by managing open accounts receivable
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with field teams to complete tasks efficiently
• Act as a resource and provide training/support to colleagues
• Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with customers
• Perform additional duties or special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years AR/Billing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with pay applications, lien waivers, and contract management is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and strong math skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Outgoing, assertive personality comfortable approaching others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Great Plains, Salesforce, TCR, Sage 50/300, or related software a plus
