Security Officer Dispatch Analyst

As a Security Officer Dispatch Analyst in Newark, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a financial institution location, you will monitor systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and/or incoming calls, then document activity and relay information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by prioritizing communications, coordinating support, and following post orders and security-related procedures. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records, including incident details, officer status updates, and key communications related to daily operations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting security-related operations from the dispatch post. Minimum Requirements: Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
