Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $33.90 $45.25, based on experience
• Salary Range: $70,512 $94,120 annually (based on 40 hours/week)

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care for a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and interpret cardiac and other vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in the State of New Hampshire
• ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications (AHA)
• Experience in Medical/Surgical units with cardiac monitoring
• Emergency Department experience is required

Preferred:

• Experience in rural or Critical Access Hospital settings
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
