Project Controls Manager

As a Haalufa USA Project Controls Manager you will be working in a team to coordinate, manage, and analyze construction schedules and documentation for various projects. Senior Consultants are responsible for performing inspections of project sites to evaluate project progress, conducting an analysis of project documents and schedules, and effectively relaying findings. Senior Consultants are expected to use a large measure of independent judgement, considering, and weighing alternatives when appropriate, taking into account the financial and operational significance of the services being performed. Project Performance and Delivery Communicate updates internally in a timely manner and relay in‑field project decisions to highlight long‑range, down‑stream project and team impacts. Perform due diligence on system and subject domains to generate high‑quality project deliverables. Identify and close individual knowledge gaps with support from other team members, leads, or resources as needed. Proactively identify and elevate roadblocks and utilize critical thinking skills and knowledge of problem‑solving skills to identify creative solutions to those problems and roadblocks. Support necessary billables as forecasted by site dashboards on billable targets per month. Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc. Have a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tool. Produce key project controls deliverables including but not limited to: Budget estimates Detailed Project schedules and milestones Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts and scenario analysis Project cost reports and trend analysis Comprehensive monthly project summary reports Analyze complex project data and then deliver clear, articulate and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making. Leadership and Philanthropy Seeks opportunities to support the team and leadership. Actively request continuous feedback in order to develop and seek out opportunities for improvement. Client Management and Business Development Build meaningful internal and external relationships. Solid understanding of the Industry and our position within it. Continual networking within the industry. Communicate with clients in a professional manner. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit‑sharing contributions, and flexible time off.
