Legal Executive Assistant I
OhioHealth is seeking a professional and highly organized Legal Executive Assistant I to support the Legal Department. This individual will professionally represent OhioHealth when interacting with attorneys, leadership, internal customers, clients, guests, and vendors. As an integral part of the Legal Department, this individual will support a team of attorneys with calendaring, communication management, meeting coordination, administrative support, and departmental operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while helping leadership support the strategic goals of the organization.
Location: David P. Blom Administrative Campus 3430 OhioHealth Parkway, 5th Floor Columbus, Ohio 43202
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Onsite position
Assignment Details: Initial 13-week assignment with potential for extension Potential opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance and business need Anticipated permanent salary range if converted: $25.13 $31.37/hour equivalent
