Requirements Required Skills Business & Analytical Skills: Data Reconciliation, Data Quality Management, Root Cause Analysis, KPI Validation, Reporting & Analytics Delivery, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Success Measures Successful delivery of analytics and reporting initiatives. High-quality and reconciled data across all reporting layers. Timely resolution of data and reporting issues. Successful customer demos and business reviews. Positive stakeholder feedback and user adoption. Effective management and development of delivery teams. Job responsibilities Job Responsibilities Delivery Leadership & Project Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives. Manage project plans, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and work allocation. Coordinate activities across Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and QA resources. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities. Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and business adoption. Data Engineering Leadership Lead development and support of enterprise data pipelines and integrations. Oversee data ingestion from multiple source systems into Databricks. Manage development of Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets. Review Source-to-Target mappings and transformation logic. Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance of data solutions. Drive adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Analytics & Reporting Delivery Lead development of semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions. Ensure consistency of business KPIs, measures, and reporting logic. Support dashboard development, testing, and deployment activities. Coordinate report enhancements and analytics backlog delivery.
