A strategic HR consulting firm in New Orleans is looking for a Director of Human Resources to manage HR policies, talent acquisition, and compliance. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership, preferably in the construction industry. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Benefits include medical and vision insurance as well as 401(k).
