Job Details Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to start a team of providers at the brand-new and expanding Providence Ensign Family Medicine clinic in Olympia, Washington. Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10‑hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible Experienced candidates only Outpatient care only DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge Centralized Triage and In‑basket Support Team based care with RN co‑visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD) Patient‑centered medical home Compensation is $304,209 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
