Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior IT Professional to provide remote and on-site support in Tempe, Arizona. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and managing advanced IT infrastructure, including server environments and cloud services such as Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT support, with at least 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in a senior role. A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required, and experience with MSP ticketing systems is preferred.
