We are looking to add Laborers for our upcoming development in the Farmington and St. Genevieve, MO areas.  Top reasons to work with us:Full-time steady work year roundMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of full-time employment.Vacation and holiday payA clearly defined career path with advancement opportunitiesSalary Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hr. depending on experienceKey Responsibilities: Cleaning up rubble, debris, and removing waste materials from job sites.Loading/unloading trucks and hauling/hoisting materials.Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet McBride's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentVocational school or trade experience a plusValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record1-5 years of experience working on a job siteExperience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion preferredAbility to lift items 50 - 100 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work outdoors in all types of weatherMust have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliableGood organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail  McBride is an equal opportunity employer.
