Key Sales Associate As a Key Sales Associate, you will: Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections. Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits. Offer extended service plans, financing options, and provide a superior customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. Assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed. Job Requirements One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required. Total Rewards Base pay plus commission on sales.
