About Our Agency: As second and third-generation State Farm agents, my wife and I have been with the company for nearly 20 years, bringing a deep-rooted passion for serving our community. Our backgrounds as former college athletesBrittanie in volleyball at UTEP and Matt in football at the University of Oklahomahave shaped our leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth. Outside of work, we are active in ministry and enjoy spending time with our two children, who are just as sports-driven as we are! Our team is at the heart of everything we do. With 14 talented individuals, we have a strong mix of experience and fresh perspectives, creating a dynamic and diverse work environment. We provide specialized support through dedicated customer service, new business, and hybrid teams, along with a unique claims concierge position to guide customers through the claims process. We prioritize training and development to help our team members grow both personally and professionally. Role Description: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Mccoy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
