Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a Nursing Unit Secretary to join their team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating, prioritizing, and communicating patient, physician, and staff needs within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in coordinating and prioritizing patient, physician, and staff needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Requirements:

• Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Schedule:

• Full Time position with variable hours.
• Shift varies.

Compensation:

• $16.00 - $22.45/hour
