A full-service, AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its prominent Land Use and Zoning Practice. The firm provides high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals and offers a collaborative environment where attorneys are recognized for their contributions and given autonomy to best serve clients.

Position Description

Seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join a well-established Land Use and Zoning Practice. The role focuses on advising developers, property owners, and investors on zoning, land use, and development-related matters, including site plan and entitlement considerations, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

The associate will work closely with clients and project teams to navigate local and state government processes and provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory positioning. The attorney will be resident in either Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking meaningful responsibility and exposure to a broad range of land use and development matters within a sophisticated practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience practicing land use and zoning law

• Experience advising developers, property owners, and investors

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

• Admission to the Florida Bar required

• Strong academic credentials preferred
