What you'll do Docusign is looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our microservices framework team, focused on building highly scalable, available, and reliable distributed systems. The Engineering Services team ensures critical back-end services scale with the company’s continued rapid growth.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering.ResponsibilityImplement storage systems using Azure Storage to handle large-scale data storage and retrieval efficientlyThink about how to solve problems at scale and build automation to manage complex software systemsDevelop testable, high-quality, and ship-ready code with ample test coverageWork with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate engineering requirements into design and architectural solutionsWork as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of microservices platformsDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deploymentsManage infrastructure as code using Terraform to deploy and maintain cloud environmentsImplement best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architecture and cloud strategiesParticipate in on-call rotations and contribute to improving system reliability and incident response Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring BasicExperience in designing and implementing scalable storage systems, leveraging Azure Storage solutions (Blob, Table, Queue, and Files)Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, tests, and deploymentsExperience with managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using TerraformExperience with being part of an on-call rotationPreferred1 years of working with cloud deployment and configuration tools using scripting and configuration platforms Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $94,600.00 - $137,875.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
