Director, External Data Acquisition and Delivery

Regeneron seeks a Director to lead external data acquisition and delivery for clinical data management. This senior role oversees vendor relationships, data reconciliation, and integrity across multiple data types while managing a global team and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic direction for external data acquisition, integration, and reconciliation across therapeutic areas
- Own portfolio-level governance of data quality, integrity, and risk management with inspection readiness standards
- Lead development and maturation of data management models including vendor qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Guide data transfer specifications and reconciliation standards ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop global team of associate directors, managers, specialists, and associates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, health, mathematics, computing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years progressive experience in clinical data acquisition, management, or external data operations
- 5+ years people leadership experience managing managers or senior professionals
- Expertise in external data vendor oversight, data transfer specifications, and reconciliation in regulated environments
- Advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, CDISC standards, and EDC platforms (Medidata Rave, Veeva, Oracle InForm)
- SCDM or ACRP-CP certification recommended
Compensation: $183,100–$305,200 annually
