Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

BATON ROUGE ORTHOPAEDIC CLINIC LLC

Baton Rouge, LA

The Patient Representative position at Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic LLC sits in our Bluebonnet office call center in Baton Rouge. You will answer patient calls promptly, schedule appointments per BROC and physician protocols, and route complex inquiries to the appropriate department.

You will screen inquiries to determine treatment priority, ensure accurate scheduling of new and follow-up visits, and uphold scheduling policies to treat all physicians fairly.
