Requirements: 2 years current experience in Medical Surgical; BLS
Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a 32-bed medical/surgical unit focused on innovative nursing practice.
• Float to cover staffing needs as required, including potential holiday and weekend shifts.
• Follow assigned self-scheduling groups with rotating weekly schedules.
• Adhere to staffing ratios of 1:6 and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Work in a technology-driven environment utilizing new equipment and practice models.
