Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making. Industry Research: Conduct macroeconomic, industry/market, regional, and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic initiatives. AI & Digitalization: Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and innovation. Pitch Writing & Web Content: Create compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives. Teamwork: Contribute to creative thinking, support the team, and facilitate change through a teamwork approach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Data/Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications. Proficiency in software solutions such as Salesforce, Tableau, Knime, Power Automate, and Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Interest and understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new systems, software, and tools as they arise.
