Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and develop accurate project estimates for restoration and remediation work Prepare and present detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Monitor job site progress, quality control, and safety compliance Document project scope, changes, and updates accurately in job management systems Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and property owners to drive repeat business Requirements 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related project management/estimating role Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation processes Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindset Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based environment About Us SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across the region.
