Building and Grounds Maintenance

Job Description

Job Description:

Grounds upkeep (cut grass, trim small trees and bushes), minor building repair and maintenance (painting, repair drywall, light fixtures, toilets and sinks).

Requirements:

Willing to learn with a positive attitude
Reliable, dependable and show up to work on time
Able to follow directions
Lift, push, and pull 50lbs. unassisted
Skilled in the use of operating power and hand tools
Must be able read, write, speak, and understand English
Must be ok to work in all-weather environment climates

Schedule: Monday - Friday (you pick 3 days) 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hours Per Week: 24

Location: Aiea Area

Payrate: $20 per hour

** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance and Paid Holidays available **

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **

** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS **
