The job at a glance
- Out 3-4 weeks+ with flexible home time options. Specific schedules may vary by location
- No NYC, Boston, California or Canada
- Dedicated accounts with repeat lanes and repeat customers
- 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
- Late-model Kenworth equipment; take your truck home in most locations
- $90,000 average annual compensation
- Pay based on practical miles
- $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 driver referral bonus
- Monthly + quarterly mileage incentives
- Monthly + annual safety incentives
- Cash bonuses for clean inspections
- Detention and wait-time pay, plus pay for each additional stop
- Per diem program
- Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation
- Six major paid holidays, whether you're working or off duty
- 401(k) with a 5% employer match
- Health insurance available after 30 days; Stan's pays 60% of the premium for all coverage types

- 60-day and annual performance reviews
- Stan's coordinates and pays for your travel to paid orientation
- Orientation takes less than two days, so you can be on duty and earning by Day 3
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 23 years old
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience; exceptions may apply
- No more than 3 employers in the last 12 months
