GRO Community is seeking a Talent and Recruitment Specialist to drive workforce growth through recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across GRO locations. You will manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding coordination, reporting to the Director of HR. You will build partnerships with colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations to strengthen pipelines, support internships and career development, and partner with #J-18808-Ljbffr GRO Community
