Pathway of Hope Case Manager: Housing & Stability

The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager for the Pathway of Hope program at the Northland corps. You will coordinate social services, conduct intakes, and develop strength-based case plans to help families move from crisis to stability. Responsibilities include home visits, referrals, documentation, and collaboration with staff to deliver comprehensive services while preserving client confidentiality.
