Key Responsibilities General Labor throughout the mill Safely handle miscellaneous materials in various environments Must be able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts Team player who maintains safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity Must be able to work in all types of environments (hot & cold) Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, skid steers & spotter trucks Must have an intermediate level of computer skills Must successfully complete the 2‑on‑boarding program of 2½ weeks Qualifications Minimum high‑school graduate or GED equivalent Forklift experience preferred Manufacturing work experience preferred Additional Requirements Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment; submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule Work overtime on a regular basis and with last‑minute notification as needed Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis Wear required safety equipment Operate or work in industrial conditions (warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces) with proper safety training and safety protection Compensation & Benefits The hourly rate for a Utility Rate II is $27.41.
