About the Position
We are seeking dependable, organized, and customer-focused individuals for Customer Service & Warehouse Associate positions throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This unique role combines customer interaction with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, making it perfect for candidates who enjoy helping customers while staying active in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Make outbound calls to customers, vendors, and business partners as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Warehouse & Shipping Duties
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stage and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support inventory management and general warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone communications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
