As an Echelon Instructor, you may be invited to teach up to 21 classes per week, with the class type, length, and scheduling determined by Echelon’s production team. While specific hours are not required, your availability for Echelon’s live class schedule, including holidays, will support our dynamic offerings. Scope of Services: Classes encompass all existing and future formats developed by Echelon’s content and production teams, ranging from brief 5-minute sessions to 120-minute classes. Although you may teach a mix of class types each week, Echelon will typically schedule no more than one class exceeding 60 minutes per week. Programs consist of series or sequential classes designed for progressive engagement (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, Day 3). When assigned to lead a program, you’ll be given guidance on format and goals to ensure consistency across the sequence. Additional Engagement: You may also be asked to work with Echelon’s lead instructors and content team on designing and pitching various programs and challenges (e.g., two-week beach body, five-day core burn). This collaboration, which is optional and based on your interest and availability, allows you to help shape Echelon’s programming.
