Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Sale insurance products offered by State Farm. Qualifications Property & Casualty and Life only/ Accident &Health license is required prior to employment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
