Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, A leading manufacturer of fluid system components, assemblies, and solutions serving a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, semiconductor, and industrial manufacturing. The organization is committed to engineering excellence, product quality, and reliable performance, delivering precision-engineered solutions that support the safety and efficiency of critical industrial operations.
In this role you will be responsible for providing differentiated customer experience across multiple industries. He or she will passionately engage our customers and our team to contribute to a culture of zero customer disappointments.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success :
- Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and e-business orders to quote price and availability of company and 3rd party products
- Be a liaison between customer, company factory, and local salespeople
- Participate in and promote services such as free delivery and company Custom Solutions, our assembly service
- Acquire a working knowledge of company products to effectively and directly answer customer inquiries
- Coordinate inventory availability between company factory and 3 local WNY offices
- Abide by a 4-hour window: our commitment to respond to customers within 4 hours with an answer or an update
- Have a working knowledge of functions such as the eDTR (electronic desktop catalog), Inventory Visibility Tool, Product Evaluation System, Part Configurator, Service Requests through Service Now and Swagelok.com
- Utilize HubSpot for quote and order communications
- Create product certificates for customers as needed
- Understand customer segmentation and work processes
- Strives for an on-time delivery rate of 97% or greater

- Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail oriented and extremely organized
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
