We're seeking a hands-on Safety Specialist to help drive safety excellence within a growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities

• Support OSHA compliance and safety program management.
• Conduct audits, inspections, JHAs, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Support machine guarding, electrical safety, and employee safety training.
• Partner with operations teams to strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Experience with audits, investigations, and hazard identification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
