The position is available to eligible candidates based in the United States only.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage enterprise IT asset inventory (hardware and software)Track asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirementEnsure accurate records in IT Asset Management / CMDB tools (ServiceNow preferred)Perform asset reconciliation and audits to ensure data integrityManage software license compliance and prevent over/under licensingCollaborate with procurement and finance for asset tracking and cost optimizationImplement and enforce asset governance policies and proceduresSupport audit readiness and regulatory compliance effortsMonitor asset usage trends and generate reports and dashboardsIntegrate asset tracking with security and vulnerability management programsCoordinate with IT teams for hardware refresh and disposal processesMaintain asset tagging, tracking standards, and documentationIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvementsQualificationsProven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or similar roleExperience with ITAM / CMDB tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms)Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle and software licensing modelsFamiliarity with ITIL practices and asset management processesExperience supporting IT audits and compliance requirementsKnowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (endpoints, servers, network devices)Strong analytical and data management skillsRelevant certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), CSAM)Excellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsNotes:- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
