Join Our Team as a Urologist
We are a community healthcare organization located on the breathtaking Garden Island of Kauai, Hawaii, and we are looking to expand our dedicated team by adding a Board-Certified Urologist. This position presents an excellent chance for those interested in a practice centered around community needs, with the opportunity for substantial surgical activity due to the current shortage of full-time urology services on the island.
The Opportunity- General Urology Practice: Engage in a comprehensive urology practice with the option to initiate a men's sexual health service line if desired.
- Work Schedule: Spend three days in the clinic and one dedicated day in the operating room each week, with the possibility to increase case volume.
- No On-Call Duties: Enjoy a work-life balance with no call requirements.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a base salary of $575,000, complemented by productivity incentives and quality bonuses.
- Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses: Receive a sign-on bonus along with a relocation bonus of up to $20,000.
