Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract. Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do Act as Owner’s Representative to ensure the Electrical Contractor’s work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Oversee electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and communication systems. Attend daily/weekly field coordination meetings with trades to resolve design discrepancies and integrate electrical systems with other disciplines. Document construction issues, RFIs, plan deviations, and corrective actions within the project’s documentation system. What you’ll need Extensive experience as a Field Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar construction oversight role on large-scale capital projects ($250M). Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices (NEC, NFPA, OSHA).
