Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for the most critically ill and premature infants. Attend high‑risk deliveries and perform antenatal consultations.
• Educational Leadership: Actively train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing directly to our academic programs.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Family‑Centered Care: Maintain clear, compassionate communication and provide essential education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey.

Compensation & Benefits

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $233,416. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market‑competitive total rewards package.
