Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon Opportunity- South Sacramento, CA

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is hiring a maxillofacial surgeon to join a busy hospital‑based practice at a LevelII trauma center located at the South Sacramento Kaiser facility. The surgeon will operate within the division of maxillofacial surgery under the department of head and neck surgery. Scope of practice: orthognathic surgery, facial pathology, trauma management, temporomandibular joint procedures, and reconstructive operations. This is a high‑volume surgical practice that offers opportunities to expand a personal clinical practice while working in a collaborative, teaching environment. The Head and Neck Surgery department provides a full range of services including general otolaryngology, laryngology/voice, otology/neurotology, endocrine surgery, sleep surgery, rhinology, and head and neck oncologic surgery. Our center partners closely with neurosurgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, plastic surgery, endocrine, and sleep medicine, and it serves as a teaching hospital for multiple residency programs. We are a physician-owned, multi‑specialty group associated with the Kaiser Health Plan, which allows surgeons to focus on patient care without billing or office management responsibilities. The organization offers a competitive salary, flexible schedules, and an outstanding benefits and retirement package. Full‑time annual salary range is $436,500 to $450,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $32,120*.
