Professional RecruiterLocation: Knoxville, TNType: Full TimeCompensation: Base salary plus uncapped commissionWork Model: Hybrid – onsite and remoteHours: 40.0OverviewLeave placeholder text here for recruiter to inputResponsibilitiesUtilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the industryWork closely with team to support customer recruiting needs by matching the right candidate to those requirementsStrategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social media, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidatesEvaluate candidates qualifications and strengths by interviewing, both face-to-face and over the phone, and checking referencesMaintain candidate relationships and manage contract employees while they are on assignmentAdhere to the proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycleComplete pre-employment processes and paperwork for hiring, background checks, drug screens, etc.Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationallyDevelop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associationsWork closely with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accountsRequirementsMinimum experience: 1 year of relatable experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to source and evaluate technical professionalsProficiency with internet recruiting, social media, and database managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
