Good with your hands and ready to learn more? We’re looking for a dependable apprentice with some basic home repair or construction experience who wants to grow into a skilled craftsman. You don’t need to know everything, that’s why “apprentice” is in the title. What you’ll do Work alongside experienced craftsmen on home repairs and remodeling projects. Learn carpentry, drywall repair, painting, trim, flooring, and basic installations. Help with job setup, materials, cleanup, and safe tool use. Handle basic tasks as your skills develop. Use our mobile app to check job details, share photos, and update the office. What we’re looking for Some experience with tools, home repairs, construction, or remodeling. You don’t need experience in every trade. Someone who shows up on time, follows directions, and asks questions. Respect for customers, their homes, and your teammates. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting materials and using ladders safely. Taking pride in your work includes cleaning up after yourself. Unfortunately, drywall dust does not relocate itself. What you’ll get Hands-on training with experienced craftsmen.
