Active Iowa Real Estate License and membership in Iowa City and/or Cedar Rapids Association of Realtors.

What You'll Do- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and lead opportunities.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations.
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, listing contracts, and related documents.
- Stay informed on local market conditions and pricing strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up within the CRM.
- Host property showings and open houses.
- Deliver a high-level client experience from first conversation through closing.
- Active Iowa Real Estate License and membership with the Iowa City and/or Cedar Rapids Association.

Position DetailsType: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to respond to lead opportunities, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation: Commission-based with significant earning potential.
