Locum BC OB Hospitalist Opportunity

Facility is seeking Locum BC OB Hospitalist to provide float pool coverage starting ASAP --Current dates needed:

• Facility 1 24-hr, 7am start: 5/9, 6/7, 6/17, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/8, 8/11, 8/12, 8/18
• 12-hr, 7am start: 6/12
• 12-hr, 7pm start: 5/18, 7/14
• Facility 2 24-hr, 7am start: 5/29, 6/10, 6/22, 8/4, 8/20
• 12-hr, 7am start: 6/27, 8/10
• 12-hr, 7pm start: 7/14, 7/24, 7/31

Ongoing coverage --In house call coverage. 12s or 24s available.

Need OB Hospitalist providers that can handle high risk pregnancies. In the day, maternal fetal medicine will be available in house. Maternal fetal medicine on call at night.

Open to generalists who are interested in high risk with maternal fetal medicine full support --11-12 deliveries per day --Level II nursery --Primarily covers the maternal fetal medicine service and its patients along with being available for any urgent OB needs and emergencies on the unit. Typically assisting other OB providers with c sections and other obstetrical procedures.

Facility 1 also involves coverage for undoctored or unassigned OB patients.

At both facilities there is always another OBGYN in house covering the clinic service and both OB Hospitalist providers and clinic OBGYN providers rely on each other for support and assistance --24/7 access to maternal fetal medicine specialists --EMR: EPIC --Technology in Use: Also use Obix for electronic fetal monitoring --Must have Trauma I or II experience --Required: MN license or IMLC, BLS
