Job Description
- Liderar o desenvolvimento e a consolidação da operação brasileira, alinhando a estratégia local aos objetivos globais da organização.
- Desenvolver iniciativas de crescimento de mercado e fortalecimento da presença da marca junto aos principais stakeholders do setor.
- Atuar em parceria com distribuidores, clientes e formadores de opinião para ampliar o posicionamento e a adoção do portfólio de produtos.
- Conduzir análises de mercado, tendências competitivas e oportunidades de crescimento.
- Liderar a construção e o desenvolvimento de uma equipe multidisciplinar local.
- Garantir conformidade com requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis ao mercado brasileiro de saúde animal.
- Atuar como principal interlocutor entre a operação local e a liderança regional.
- Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho, planejamento financeiro e priorização de investimentos estratégicos.
- Representar a organização em eventos, associações e fóruns relevantes do setor.
The Successful Applicant
- Formação superior em Medicina Veterinária ou área relacionada à saúde animal.
- Experiência na indústria de saúde animal.
- Histórico de atuação em desenvolvimento de mercado, operações comerciais ou liderança de negócios no Brasil.
- Conhecimento do ambiente regulatório brasileiro para produtos veterinários.
- Experiência na gestão de equipes multidisciplinares e relacionamento com diferentes stakeholders.
- Inglês avançado para interação com equipes internacionais.
