Sobre el puesto: Representante de Atención al Cliente de Viajes Como Representante de Atención al Cliente de Viajes, desempeñarás un papel clave en el apoyo a nuestros clientes durante todo su viaje, desde el momento en que reservan hasta que regresan a casa. Ayudarás con consultas, resolverás incidencias, proporcionarás actualizaciones sobre las reservas y te asegurarás de que cada interacción refleje nuestro compromiso con un servicio excepcional. Responsabilidades principales Responder de manera rápida y profesional a las consultas de los clientes por correo electrónico, teléfono y plataformas de mensajería. Asistir con reservas de viajes, cambios, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales. Proporcionar información precisa sobre destinos, documentos de viaje y políticas de la agencia. Hacer seguimiento con los clientes para confirmar los detalles del viaje y su satisfacción. Gestionar inquietudes o quejas con empatía y habilidades de resolución de problemas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Sólida experiencia en atención al cliente (preferiblemente en viajes u hostelería). Persona organizada, confiable y proactiva con gran atención al detalle. Cómoda con la tecnología y rápida para aprender plataformas y sistemas de reservas.
