Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start. Professional SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience is required. Experience working 5x8 shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred. Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and implement treatment plans.
