The Role The Financial Analyst (FP&A) plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis. This position partners with cross‑functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver actionable insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. What You Will Do Support the annual budget, forecasts and long‑range planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, contribution and profitability Partner with business leaders to understand the assumptions, risks and opportunities impacting financial performance Track and report key financial and operational performance metrics. Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentations Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performance Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities Develop expert knowledge with the ERP environment (Syspro) Ad‑hoc analysis as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
